Lunch Days - Volunteers Required!
Volunteers are needed every Tuesday and Thursday for Kindergarten lunch days! We require one parent to arrive at the school at 11:55am and then serve the food to the children until 12:10-15. We would love to have a consistent weekly volunteer but even if you can commit once or twice a month, we can use your help! It is important to know that the ability to offer the Lunch Days service is dependent on parent volunteers.
BES weekly email updates, emergency broadcast and automated alert messages will be sent through PowerSchool started on Jan 29, 2015.
will no longer be used for our weekly emails.
It is important for parents to keep the contact information up-to-date in Power School - Parent Portal.
Please create an account and update contact information by following these instructions:
Crate and account: picked up the letter with instructions, Access ID and Password, ASAP from the school office.
Update contact information: including email addresses, home phone and cell phone in 'Power Announcement' tab, located on the left hand side of the main page / expand the 'preferences by contact field' tab to update contact information.

The Banff Mountain Madness Relay is an exciting multi-sport race through Banff National Park and the Town of Banff. The race is made up of teams of five that starts with a downhill ski leg from the top of Mt. Norquay. The race then begins at the canoe docks along the Bow River and includes a run, ice skate, classic cross-country ski and snowshoe segments. Much of the action takes place on the frozen Bow River, where friends and fans cheer on the athletes of all ages and skill levels. But it's not just about racing. Teams try to out-do each other with wacky team names, themes and costumes.
The Mountain Madness race is all about fun and community and our love of Banff
