Spotlight on Learning
Thank you for taking time to participate in conferences this week! We hope you enjoyed celebrating your child’s learning and setting new goals. Goal setting is an important part of the learning process. If you were unable to attend, please contact your child’s teacher to touch base.
A typical Thursday lunch hour at BES includes hot lunch (served by wonderful parent volunteers and a few little helpers too!), Makerspace club with Miss Major, Ms. Fendley and Mrs. Hollett, and badminton club with Mr. Stewart and Mrs. Kan.

Right from the Start Take 5
RFTS is holding a Take 5 next Thursday, March 23 at 8:20 am . Please feel free to come by and join us for a coffee with your child before you head out for your day.The grade 6 girls club will be selling re-purposed T- shirt Tote bags for 3 dollars. All proceeds will go the Bow Valley SPCA.
Lost and Found
Tables with lost and found items have been set up in the hall outside the office. Please come check for lost items. All unclaimed items will be donated to charity after March 30th.
Council for Inclusive Education
The Prevent it! workshop is brought to you by Little Warriors, a national charitable organization
based in Canada committed to the awareness, prevention, and treatment of child sexual abuse. Please click here for information on this workshop being held April 27, 2017 at the Elizabeth Rummel School from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.

Settlement Services provides Permanent Residents of Canada, Live-In Caregivers and Refugees with the support they need to settle in the Bow Valley.
