October 11 2019: P/S/T Conferences, School Council, CRPS Board Meeting, School Council Meeting

Spotlight on Learning
On Tuesday when an early season snow storm hit we had to cancel a field trip to the GeoScience Centre in Canmore. However, Banff Elementary Grade 3 students were not disappointed because the GeoScience Centre brought the learning lab to us. Students were overheard saying “this is amazing,” as they learned to identify different rocks and minerals in a hands-on learning lab. Thank you to members of the GeoScience Centre for bringing meaningful learning to our grade 3 students
