About Me
It's the truth. There is nowhere I would rather be.
I am thrilled to be part of the Banff Elementary School team and I have a fantastic feeling about this year.
I have taught in many places including a remote fly-in community in the Northwest Territories, in a classroom right beside the ocean in Tasmania, with our neighbours in Morley, and down the road in Canmore. I did my teaching training specializing in Science and Outdoor Education, but being a homeroom teacher (and all the subjects) is way more my jam! I am hungry for knowledge and I have a passion for fun and laughing.
I am a jack-of-all-trades and master of none kind of individual. I love to explore this beautiful place that we are so lucky to live in. I love to ski, run, hike, swim, and bike. I love to sing and play guitar. I love to cook and to be with my family and friends. I love to discover fun new ways of teaching the same old stuff.
