Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we near the end of a wonderful school year we would like to thank all our families for their contributions and continued support in making BES an amazing place to learn and play! Looking ahead, we would like to announce the BES team for the 2023-2024 school year. Please note that fluctuating student enrollment over the summer may result in some changes to staff placement and grade assignments.

Please note that we will not be accepting teacher requests as this can create unbalanced classrooms. Teachers invest a lot of time and effort to consider criteria such as academic successes and challenges, social and emotional needs and friendships.
On August 26, families with students in Grades 1-8 will be able to view their child’s homeroom teacher on Parent Portal. Families of registered Kindergarten students will be receiving further information about the staggered entry week in the middle of August.
We look forward to greeting our students at 8:25 am on the Elk Field on Monday, August 28. Teachers will have signs to indicate the correct place for students to line up.
We would like to share how much of an honour and a pleasure it has been to work with the students, families and staff of Banff Elementary School this year and we look forward to seeing everyone next school year.
