Important COVID Contact Information

To report a COVID positive case in your household over the weekend that could impact the school, please email the principal and assistant principal immediately:

When notifying the school of an absence please ensure to provide a detailed reason. If the absence is illness related, please indicate the symptoms. If your child is exhibiting one or more of the COVID symptoms outlined in the daily screening tool, please contact AHS and follow all protocols.

Lost & Found

The Lost and Found tables will be outside the Squirrel Street entrance each school day starting Monday June 14 to Friday June 25 for easy access between 8:00 am-3:30 pm. Please come check for missing items. After June 30 all items will be donated.


Next Year School Planning

Please help us in our planning for the 2021-2022 school year. Although we do not know exactly what the next school year will look like, we are asking you to inform the office if your child(ren) will NOT be attending Banff Elementary School (or Banff Community High School if your child is currently in Grade 8). Please email us at bes.info@crps.ca if you did not respond to our intent form in March or your plans have changed.


CRPS Homestay Program - Hosts needed 2021/2022 School Year

Our homestay families are an integral part of the International Student Program. CRPS is now accepting host applications for the Homestay Program for the 2021/2022 school year. Remuneration of $1,025 is paid monthly per student. CRPS has a rigorous COVID-19 readiness plan in place to keep our host families and communities safe. For more information please click here.


School Fees

2020-2021 School Fees (Lunch Supervision) are now due. Debit or credit card payments can be made online through your PowerSchool Parent Portal. You can find instructions here on how to make a payment. Please contact Joanne Geyer at joanne.geyer@crps.ca to make payment arrangements if you are unable to pay in full at this time. Thank you if you have already made payment.

Right from the Start

Right from the Start provides programming about positive mental health to all students at BES. Settlement Services
